Alvin Slaughter (born July 17, 1955) is an American gospel musician, worship leader, singer-songwriter.
Slaughter is based out of New York City, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Tabernacle Choir until the early 1990s, when he was signed by Integrity Music and began his solo career. He has been nominated for several Dove Awards and performed on the TBN television network. He is married to Joy Slaughter.

His music has been distributed in over 70 nations, and has won or been nominated for some of the most prestigious awards in the industry.
Alvin has sang and spoke at major conferences and workshops with a heart to build the local church. He has appeared in numerous television appearances through the years and his concert tours have taken him all over the world.
Joy was a founder and leader of an international missions organization for 20 years.
Under her direction, finances were raised to build 5 national churches, 2 elementary schools for over 600 students, a business school for 1000 young adults, an orphanage and homeless shelter, feeding programs for 10 villages, drilled wells providing clean water, a medical clinic, homes for families, and brought relief during and after a massive earthquake.
Leadership training and marriage conferences were hosted yearly, special programs for the elderly and through their schools and education programs taught young people to rise above poverty, apathy and mediocrity.
As a compassionate leader she is blessed with the wisdom and ability to bring an organization from crisis to stability.
